Steve Raybould and Kriston Feldpausch are the Executive Directors of BNC Education, which works to help music teachers develop meaningful experiences for their students. Steve Raybould holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Masters of Secondary and Music Education from James Madison University. Kriston Feldpausch holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Olivet College and a Master of Science in Education from Walden University. Frequent mentors for MENC, the National Association for Music Education, they are frequent clinicians at the state and national conferences. Raybould and Feldpausch currently teach in Virginia.
